1. Booking and Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified by Fragrance Tour and Travels.
Confirmation will be provided in writing or electronically.
It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all booking details.
2. Payment:
Payment can be made via UPI, Credit/Debitcard or Netbanking.
Deposit requirements and payment deadlines will be communicated at the time of booking.
Full payment must be received by the specified deadline to avoid cancellation.
Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour and supplier.
Clients must notify Fragrance Tour and Travels of any cancellations in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the following schedule: 15 days prior to departure, 50 percent refund.
Cancellation fees may apply.
No refunds will be given for unused portions of a tour.
In the event of cancellations caused by Fragrance Tour and Travels, clients will be offered a full refund or alternative travel arrangements.
Certain travel services, like airline tickets, may be non refundable.
4. Travel Documents:
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents.
Fragrance Tour and Travels is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete travel documentation.
Clients are responsible for checking travel advisories and health requirements for their destinations.
5. Travel Insurance:
Fragrance Tour and Travels strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
Insurance should cover cancellation, medical expenses, baggage loss, and other potential risks.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their insurance coverage is adequate.
6. Itinerary Changes:
Fragrance Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, supplier issues, or safety concerns.
We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
7. Liability:
Fragrance Tour and Travels acts as an agent for third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
We are not liable for any acts or omissions of these suppliers.
Fragrance Tour and Travels is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Accidents
Political unrest
Medical emergencies
Clients are responsible for their own behavior. Fragrance tour and travels is not liable for clients illegal or dangerous actions.
8. Client Responsibility:
Clients are responsible for adhering to the instructions of tour guides and suppliers.
Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other travelers and local customs.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings.
9. Complaints:
Any complaints must be submitted in writing to Fragrance Tour and Travels within 2 days of the tour’s completion.
We will make every effort to resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
10. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chinsurah, Hooghly,WestBengal.
11. Data Privacy:
Please refer to our privacy policy, which can be found on our website, for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
12. Amendments:
