Cancellation Policy:

Clients must notify Fragrance Tour and Travels of any cancellations via email to tourfragrances@gmail.com . Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellations must be received by Fragrance Tour and Travels at least 10 days prior to the scheduled tour start date.

Refund Policy:

If a cancellation is received at least 10 days prior to the tour start date, a refund will be issued, less a 20% cancellation charge.
If a cancellation is received within 10 days of the tour start date, or if a client fails to show up for the tour, no refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be returned using the original payment method, where possible.
Certain travel services, such as airline tickets or specific event tickets, may be non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation. In such cases, the client will be informed of the non-refundable nature of those items at the time of booking.
In the event Fragrance Tour and Travels must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date, based on availability.
No refunds will be given for any unused portions of a tour, including but not limited to accommodations, meals, or activities.

This cancellation and refund policy applies to all tours booked through Fragrance Tour and Travels, unless otherwise specified in writing.


Fragrance Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
This policy is in addition to the general terms and conditions of Fragrance Tour and Travels.
